2. Please read this carefully: what our products are
Our bracelets, rudraksha, crystals, Vastu items, numerology reports and consultations are offered as items and services of traditional and spiritual belief. They are:
- not medical treatment and not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a mental health professional;
- not financial, investment, legal or tax advice; and
- not a guarantee of any result — we do not promise wealth, a job, a marriage, a cure, exam success or any other specific outcome.
Please continue any medical treatment you are on, and take your own financial and legal decisions. Any action you take after reading a report is your own decision.
3. Prices and product information
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include any tax stated at checkout. We try to describe and photograph every item accurately, but natural stones, rudraksha and wood vary in colour, size, shape and grain, so the piece you receive will not be an exact match to the photograph. If a price or description is listed wrongly by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it and take payment. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was wrong, the address looks invalid, or we suspect fraud. In every such case we refund in full.
5. Reports and consultations
To prepare a reading we need your correct date of birth and, where relevant, your mobile number. If the details you give us are wrong, the reading will be wrong, and we cannot redo it free of charge. Delivery times for each service are stated on its product page. Consultations are held on call or on WhatsApp at a time we agree with you; if you miss a booked slot without telling us in advance, we may charge for it.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
8. Our content
The text, photographs, report formats and designs on this store belong to us. You may not copy, resell or republish them without our written permission. A report we prepare for you is for your personal use only.
9. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse this store — no attempts to break into it, no scraping, no fake orders and no abuse of our staff.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for delivering the product or service you paid for. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of money, opportunity or profit, arising from the use of our products or from decisions taken after reading a report. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
