Choosing a product

How do I know which bracelet is for me?
Use the Mulank finder on our home page. Enter the day you were born and it will show your number, its ruling planet and the collection made for it. If you are still unsure, email us your date of birth and we will suggest one.

What is a Mulank?
It is the single digit you get by adding the day of your birth. Born on the 23rd, for example: 2 + 3 = 5, so your Mulank is 5.

Can I wear more than one bracelet?
Yes, though we suggest starting with one so you can judge it for yourself. Write to us before combining stones.

Which hand should I wear it on?
Traditionally the right wrist, and many people prefer to start on a Friday. This is custom, not a rule.

Orders, payment and delivery

How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking at checkout.

When will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days and delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days. Full details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Do you ship outside India?
Not as standard. Email us first and we will tell you whether we can.

Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before the parcel is handed to the courier. Just email us.

Returns

What if I change my mind?
Physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. See the Refund and Return Policy.

My item arrived damaged.
Email us photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full, and we pay the courier cost.

The stone looks slightly different from the photo.
These are natural materials, so colour, size and grain vary from piece to piece. This on its own is not a defect. If it looks genuinely wrong, send us a photograph and we will look at it.

Reports and consultations

What do you need from me?
Your correct date of birth, and your mobile number for a number analysis. Please check them carefully — wrong details mean a wrong reading.

How is the report delivered?
By email. The timeline is stated on each product page.

Can I get a refund on a report?
Yes, in full, any time before it is delivered to you. After delivery the work is complete and cannot be refunded.

Will my birth details stay private?
Yes. We do not share your date of birth or your reading with anyone. See our Privacy Policy.

Will this fix my money or health problem?
We will not promise that. These are items of traditional belief, not medical or financial advice, and we do not guarantee outcomes. Please keep following your doctor and take your own financial decisions.
