Why we send a certificate card

Natural stones and rudraksha are easy to fake and hard to judge by eye. So every order leaves us with a printed certificate card in the box. It names the piece, the stones used and the batch it came from, so you have something in writing rather than only our word.

What the card tells you

• The product name and the stones or beads it contains.
• The batch reference for that lot.
• The date it was packed and dispatched.

Checking your piece

Keep the card with the item. If you ever want to confirm what you received, email us the batch reference from the card along with a photograph of the piece, and we will confirm it against our own records for that lot.

If something does not match

If the card and the item do not agree, or the card is missing from your parcel, write to jitendramurari23@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the order or refund you in full, and we will pay the courier cost.

What a certificate does not mean

The card confirms what the piece is and where it came from. It is not a promise of any result. Our products are items of traditional and spiritual belief, not medical treatment or financial advice.
