This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this store, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We are the data fiduciary for this information under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

Order details: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address.
Date of birth and mobile number: collected only when you buy a numerology report, a mobile number analysis or a consultation, because the reading cannot be prepared without them.
Payment details: handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank password.
Usage information: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address.

2. Why we use it

To take payment, pack your order and deliver it.
To prepare a personalised report or hold a consultation you have paid for.
To answer your questions and handle returns.
To send order updates. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can stop them at any time.
To keep the accounts and tax records the law requires us to keep.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed, and only with:

Shopify, which runs this store and stores its data;
our payment gateway, to collect payment;
courier companies, to deliver your parcel; and
government authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your date of birth or your reading with anyone else.

4. Cookies

This store uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your session and understand which pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but the cart may then stop working properly.

5. How long we keep it

Order and tax records are kept as long as Indian law requires. Your date of birth and the contents of your reading are kept only as long as needed to serve you, and we delete them sooner if you ask.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may also withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to jitendramurari23@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Security

This store runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and payments are processed by a certified payment provider. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your account password private.

8. Children

This store is meant for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
