Refund and Return Policy

This policy applies to every order placed on this store. If anything here is unclear, please write to us at jitendramurari23@gmail.com before you place your order.
1. Physical products
Bracelets, rudraksha, malas, crystals and Vastu items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- the item is unused and undamaged,
- it is returned in its original packaging, and
- the certificate card and any free gift are included.
2. Numerology reports, mobile number analysis and consultations
These are personalised services prepared for one person. You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before the report is delivered to you, or before the consultation takes place. Once the report has been delivered or the session has been held, the fee is not refundable, because the work is complete and cannot be returned.
3. How to start a return
Email jitendramurari23@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and the steps to follow. Please do not send an item back before you hear from us, as unannounced parcels can be lost.
4. Who pays the return courier
Return courier charges are paid by the customer. We pay the return cost when the fault is ours — that is, if the item arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or part of the order was missing.
5. Damaged, wrong or missing item
Please email us photographs of the parcel and the item within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including courier charges, at no cost to you.
6. When you get your money back
Once we receive the returned item and check it, we approve the refund and send it back to the original payment method. Banks and UPI providers usually credit the amount within 5 to 10 working days after that. We will email you when the refund is sent.
7. Cancelling before dispatch
Email us as soon as you can. If the order has not yet been handed over to the courier, we cancel it and refund the full amount.
8. What is not covered
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items damaged by misuse, water, chemicals or normal wear.
- Natural stones, rudraksha and wood rejected only for small differences in colour, size, shape or grain. These are natural materials and no two pieces are identical. The photographs on the product page are representative.
- Reports and consultations that have already been delivered or held.
9. About results
Our products are sold as items of traditional and spiritual belief. We cannot accept a return or give a refund on the ground that a particular result, gain or outcome was not achieved.
