Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship across India. If you are ordering from outside India, please email jitendramurari23@gmail.com before ordering so we can confirm whether we can deliver to you and what it will cost.

2. Dispatch time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 working days of payment. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

3. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days. Remote pincodes, hill areas and islands can take longer.

4. Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges added later.

5. Tracking

Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we email you the tracking details. If you have not received them within 3 working days of your order, please write to us.

6. Numerology reports and consultations

These are not couriered. Reports are delivered by email, and consultations are held on call or on WhatsApp. The delivery time for each service is stated on its product page.

7. Address accuracy

Please check your address and phone number carefully before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we can resend it once you pay the courier charge again.

8. Delays we cannot control

Festivals, weather, strikes, local restrictions and courier backlogs can delay a parcel. We will keep you informed, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date in these situations.

9. Parcel not delivered

If tracking has not moved for 7 working days, email jitendramurari23@gmail.com with your order number. We will take it up with the courier and either resend your order or refund it in full.
